| Low Fees | Enrollment is free. Effective October 15, 2012, the asset -based management fee is 0.46%. If neither the account owner nor beneficiary are a Colorado resident, a $20 annual account maintenance fee will also apply, unless the account balance is over $10,000 or the account owner has elected electronic delivery of all Plan documents. |
