|Online Enrollment and Management||You can open and manage your account online. You can also choose to receive email notifications when your account statements and transaction confirmations are available online. Enroll now!|
|Low Fees||Enrollment is free. Effective October 15, 2012, the asset -based management fee is 0.46%. If neither the account owner nor beneficiary are a Colorado resident, a $20 annual account maintenance fee will also apply, unless the account balance is over $10,000 or the account owner has elected electronic delivery of all Plan documents.|
|Low Minimum Investment||You can start with as little as $25 and contribute whenever you want. The minimum for each additional contribution is only $15.|
|Multiple Contribution Methods||You can contribute by automatic investment, electronic bank transfer, check, or by rolling over assets from other qualified college savings vehicles.|

This includes accounts held in the CollegeInvest Direct Portfolio College Savings Plan and other 529 plans sponsored by the State of Colorado.|

Capacity of Dealer and Other Parties
