No Cost, Simple Administration
It sounds too good to be true! No cost! Simple Administration!
No Costs!
Offering a CollegeInvest college savings plan in the workplace comes at no cost to the employer. This is a simple way to improve on the current benefits package without increasing budgets. Make sure to review the Employer Services offered to learn how CollegeInvest will do all the setup work for your company.
No Form 5500
Unlike a 401k, there is no Form 5500 to maintain or any other forms that require time commitments from the HR department. All client statements and tracking are done by our selected professional money managers.
Simple Administration
Dollars contributed to accounts are after tax dollars and have no impact on W-2 reporting etc. Additionally, direct deposits are set up no differently than the standard procedure for employees to have their paychecks deposited directly into a standard checking or savings account . Employees are responsible for setting up their own accounts and managing their saving selections.
Statements and administration of the plan is provided by our plan managers.
