The Scholars Choice College Savings Program offers a menu of eight 529 investment options managed by Legg Mason Global Asset
Allocation, LLC, an affiliate of Legg Mason. This program is available only through financial professionals.

| Multiple Pricing Options | You can choose from multiple share classes. Please note that fees and expenses may apply and should be carefully reviewed before enrollment. |
| Low Minimum Investment | You can start with as little as $250 and contribute whenever you want. The minimum for each additional contribution is only $50. |
| Multiple Contribution Methods | You can contribute by automatic investment, check or moving assets from other college savings vehicles. |
| Investment Choices | Choose from automatic allocations that automatically shift your assets to more conservative investments as your beneficiary nears college, selected allocations in which your assets remain invested until you instruct the plan otherwise, and the U.S. Treasury Zero-Coupon Target Maturity Portfolios, which are backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government and provide a more predictable return. |
| High Account Maximum | You can contribute on behalf of a beneficiary until the total balance of all CollegeInvest 529 plan accounts held for the same beneficiary reaches an aggregate maximum balance, which is currently $280,000. This includes accounts held in the CollegeInvest Direct Portfolio College Savings Plan and Stable Value Plus College Savings Plan. |

Home State
If you or your designated beneficiary are a resident of a state other than Colorado, before investing you should check with your home state to see if it offers a 529 program. That program may offer state tax or other benefits to residents of that state that may not be available to investors in programs of other states.

CollegeInvest is the issuer of plan securities and is the trustee of the plans in accordance with Colorado law. CollegeInvest also oversees the Manager
's activities and provides certain administrative services, such a marketing, audit, and financial statements, in connection with the plans.
