Choosing a 529 investment option that fits your family’s budget and specific investment strategy is important. Your financial advisor will work with you to determine the investment options that may help you meet your individual college savings objectives based on your time horizon and risk tolerance. With these options, your assets will be managed according to the age of your beneficiary or based on the years until college. As your student ages or college draws closer, your assets are automatically shifted from more aggressive to more conservative investments.

These options allow you and your advisor to tailor your investments, from more conservative to more aggressive. Your allocations are fixed in your chosen portfolios until you instruct the plan to change them.
