CollegeInvest, as a division of the Colorado Department of Higher Education, will share nonpublic information for statistical analysis, program and service evaluations/studies and program or service eligibility.

CollegeInvest restricts access to your nonpublic personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to service your account(s) and/or loan. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your nonpublic personal information.

CollegeInvest discloses nonpublic personal information to third party servicers/managers as is necessary to provide services as requested and to process and service your account(s) which includes but not limited to savings and scholarships. In addition CollegeInvest will disclose nonpublic personal information to third party servicers/managers providing services on CollegeInvest’s behalf, such as delivery of information about CollegeInvest products and services through means including, but not limited to, mail, email, and telephone.
